Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
Effective Date: September 8, 2026
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through www.cradleglow.store (the "Site") and is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. By placing an order, Customer agrees to the terms set out below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time refers to the time required to verify, prepare, and hand off the order to our shipping partner, and is separate from transit time described in Section 2. Orders are not eligible for cancellation once processing has begun (see our Terms of Service, Section 2).
2. Estimated Shipping Time
Once processed, orders typically arrive within 8–10 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions. This is an estimate only, not a guaranteed delivery date. Total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 10–14 business days. PatterNest is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, incorrect address information, weather, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control, and such delays do not, by themselves, entitle Customer to a refund, cancellation, or expedited replacement.
3. Order Tracking
Customer will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has left our fulfillment facility. It may take up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment. PatterNest is not responsible for interpreting or resolving discrepancies in third-party carrier tracking systems beyond providing the tracking number issued to us.
4. Shipping Address
Customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. PatterNest is not liable for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost as a result of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by Customer. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing; PatterNest will make a reasonable effort to accommodate a change request submitted before shipment, but assumes no obligation or liability if the request cannot be fulfilled in time.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Orders may be fulfilled from international locations. Any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes assessed upon arrival in Customer's country are the sole responsibility of Customer and are not included in the price of the product or the shipping cost charged at checkout. PatterNest has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Refusal to pay customs fees, resulting in the return or destruction of the shipment, does not entitle Customer to a refund of shipping costs, and may be subject to the restocking fee set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
For any shipment marked as "delivered" by the carrier that Customer has not received, Customer must contact PatterNest at patternest.official@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of the marked delivery date. PatterNest will assist by filing a claim with the carrier but does not guarantee a refund or replacement for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier's tracking record, as responsibility for the package transfers to Customer upon delivery per our Terms of Service.
7. Multiple Items and Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and may arrive on different dates. Customer will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments arising from PatterNest's own fulfillment decisions.
8. Force Majeure
PatterNest is not responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, customs delays, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, or public health emergencies.
9. Changes to This Policy
PatterNest reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect on the date an order is placed governs that order.
